‍About These Terms
‍These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Halcyon Tennis Courts Ltd (company number 10120871). By instructing us to carry out work, you agree to be bound by these terms.

‍Quotations
‍All quotations are provided free of charge following a site visit. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Any additional work not included in the original quotation will be agreed with you in writing before it is carried out.

‍Acceptance & Scheduling
‍Work is confirmed once you accept our quotation in writing (email is fine). We will then schedule the work at a mutually convenient time. We aim to give you reasonable notice of our start date, but scheduling may be affected by weather conditions.

‍Payment
‍Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice unless agreed otherwise. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins - this will be set out clearly in the quotation. We accept bank transfer and cheque.

‍Weather & Access
‍Tennis court maintenance is weather-dependent. If conditions are unsuitable (rain, frost, extreme temperatures), we may need to postpone or pause work. We will keep you informed of any delays. You are responsible for ensuring we have reasonable access to the court and a supply of water where required.

‍Quality of Work
‍All work is carried out with reasonable care and skill using appropriate materials. Where we apply surface coatings, we follow the manufacturer's recommended application process. We are happy to discuss expected lifespans and maintenance recommendations for any work we carry out.

‍Liability
‍We carry public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, ground movement or pre-existing structural defects not visible at the time of quotation.

‍Cancellation
‍If you need to cancel after accepting a quotation, please let us know as soon as possible. If materials have already been purchased or work has begun, we may need to charge for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

‍If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us at info@halcyontenniscourts.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

‍Governing Law
‍These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
